Completed by BPS Kitchens & Bathrooms in April 2019, this was a renovation of a an ageing bathroom with several flaws and leaks. Grey is the theme here and this is a modern, clean bathroom.
The existing suite was removed and the walls were plastered where required to ensure a level surface. This was even more important as the tiles were larger and less forgiving. The previous shower had been leaking so some minor repair work was required to the floor and the ceiling below including patching up the artex. The floor was lined with plywood and a grey tile effect vinyl floor was fitted throughout. The walls were tiled with large grey textured tiles and finished with a light grey grout. A square edge brushed steel tile trim was used to complete all edges.
A new Roper Rhodes mixer shower with drencher was fitted over a new 900mm quadrant shower tray. A new double sliding door shower screen was fitted as well as a new RAK toilet. Three stunning Roper Rhodes units were fitted and finished with a white gloss worktop with cut in basin. A white towel radiator was also installed to replace a rusting chrome one.
Finally, a couple of coats of paint were applied to the ceiling to finish off.
