Installed completely by BPI’s bathroom fitting team based in Bicester, this renovation was much needed in this home in the Greenwood Homes area of Bicester. This is now a clean, white bathroom with a patterned tiled floor.
The existing suite was removed and the walls were plastered. The ceiling was also plastered to remove the art. The floor was lined with 6mm cement board and the floor was tiled. PVC splash panels were used around the bath and behind the basin and toilet in place of tiled. These smooth panels are easy to clean as they are smooth with no grout lines.
A new electric shower with drencher was fitted over a newly installed bath. A 10mm cable was fitted back to the fuse board to enable the client to choose a 10KW shower to provide more pressure. A new shower screen, low level toilet and basin with pedestal was fitted.
To finish off, a new extractor fan and three spotlights were fitted by our qualified electrician for a modern feel.
