Over the course of a few months, we carried out various works at this property including painting & decorating, plastering and the installation of a downstairs toilet with vanity unit.
The living room wallpaper was stripped and walls prepared for our experienced painter & decorators to put a few coats on. The fireplace was removed and new bespoke shelving was installed in its place. The ceiling was freshly plastered and this was then decorated. The hall, stairs and landing also had extensive plastering and wall preparation work to neaten up for decorating. In the master bedroom, we removed a built in wardrobe and fully plastered the wall. This was then followed by a full painting job.
“Thank you so much to Neil, Jake & their team for turning our house into our home.
They have stripped wallpaper,, knocked down cupboards and fireplaces, then put it all back together again including plastering, skirting boards, coving, building a special shelf unit and redecorating the whole house.
The renovations have been made easy and pain free by these guys including adding in our little finishing touches like changing door handles and making suggestions to us to help along the way”. – Donna, Bicester
The downstairs toilet was looking a little dated so we ripped out the sink and pedestal, adjusted the pipework to avoid visible pipes and boxed in the lower level pipework to make the room look neater and provide a useful storage shelf. A brand new toilet and vanity unit was installed by our bathroom fitters and the electrician installed a new extractor fan and light. We tiled a small splash back around the corner vanity unit and fully decorated the room.
